Your recordings, transcripts and analyses are stored encrypted (encryption at rest) and only sent over encrypted connections (TLS). Only you and your team have access.
1. Who we are

2. Data we process
Account details (name, email), conversation data you upload (audio, transcript, context), platform usage data and billing details. We never ask for more than we need to run the service.
3. Why we process it
To run the analyses, manage your account, bill you and improve the product. We never sell data and never use your conversations to train generic models.
4. How long we keep it
Conversation data is kept while your account is active. You can delete it per conversation or in bulk from your account settings. After cancellation, data is permanently erased within 30 days.
5. Who we share with
Sub-processors for hosting, transcription and analysis. A current list is available via hallo@salesowl.io. All sub-processors sit under a DPA.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
Functional cookies for login. Analytics cookies (PostHog, EU region) for product improvement. No ad tracking.
