Terms of service.

All conversation data is stored encrypted and processed only for your own analyses. See the privacy policy for details.
1. Definitions
SalesOwl: the platform and the private company that offers the service. DecisionFlow: the product, the analysis you receive. User: the account holder.
2. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions run monthly or annually and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Billing via card or SEPA.
3. Use of the service
You use SalesOwl only for your own conversations or those for which you have consent from every participant. You are responsible for complying with recording laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual property
The method, software and content are owned by SalesOwl. Your conversation data stays yours — we only get a processing right to deliver the service.
5. Liability
SalesOwl provides analyses in support of your own judgment. We are not liable for commercial decisions you make based on an analysis. Liability is capped at fees paid in the previous three months.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from account settings. The current period is not refunded; access remains until the end of the term.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes before the court of Midden-Nederland.
